Update on the Progress of Section 106 Negotiations and the First Reserved Matters Application
Having secured a secured a resolution to grant outline planning consent for Part 1 at Whitehouse Farm in November 2016, Linden Homes and Miller Homes have now reached an advanced stage of negotiations with respect to the Part 1 Section 106 legal agreement and expect this to be signed by the relevant parties in the near future.
Shortly following the signing of the Section 106 agreement, Linden Homes and Miller Homes will submit their first reserved matters application for the Part 1 site, which will deal with primary infrastructure including:
- The “SANGs” (Suitable Alternative Natural Green Spaces)
- The primary access road
- Drainage infrastructure – known in planning terms as “SUDSs” (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems)
