November 2019 – Approval for reserved matters application in Parcel 2.B

Linden Homes is pleased to announce that it’s reserved matters application within Parcel 2.B in Phase 2 of the Part 1 site at Whitehouse Farm was granted permission by Chichester District Council’s Planning Committee on 6th November 2019.


The application relates to ‘reserved matters’ (housing design, scale, layout and landscaping) for 91 new homes (including 30% affordable housing) towards the north-eastern corner of the Part 1 site and close to the approved new roundabout access off Old Broyle Access, in accordance with the overarching ‘outline’ planning permission for the wider Part 1 site.
