Linden Homes and Miller Homes are firmly committed to consulting the local community through the preparation of each reserved matters phase. We are planning public exhibitions and regular community updates to ensure people are well-informed.

Consultation Events

Linden Homes and Miller Homes have begun preparing the first residential reserved matters applications which will provide detailed plans for circa. 160 homes in the northern section of the Part 1 site. Alongside these applications, a separate reserved matters application is being developed for the on-site sports pitches.

As part of our commitment to community engagement, Linden Homes and Miller Homes hosted a public exhibition to display proposals for the first residential reserved matters applications and on-site sports pitches.
