Reserved Matters Applications

A complete list of all Reserved Matters applications for Part 1, including an overview of the proposals and their current status, is provided below:

Following the consent granted for the Part 1 Outline application, Linden Homes and Miller Homes are in the process of drawing up a series of reserved matters planning applications, each of which will deal with a particular aspect of the Part 1 outline application.

·         Includes full-sized football, rugby and cricket pitches, and a new sports pavilion with car parking.

·         Facility will serve both the new homes associated with Part 1 and the existing local community in Chichester

·         Plans for the new pavilion were amended prior to submission to include a multi-use social area (with the potential for an additional kitchen area), following discussions with community representatives
